My photography focuses on scenes that might seem ordinary—an alleyway, laundry caught in the wind—but within these fleeting sights, I find a sense of home and connection. I hope my images encourage people to pause and notice the simple moments we all share, reminding us that we’re never truly alone.

In contrast, my paintings explore themes of alienation and the tension between belonging and otherness. The settings may feel familiar, but there’s often something subtly off, reflecting my own experience of navigating the world. I aim to create work that invites viewers to question what they see and sit with the feeling both separate and deeply connected to their surroundings. At the core of both my photography and painting is a desire to make people feel and think.
